Buble is committed to providing safe, lawful, and responsible AI services. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to every person or organization that accesses Buble through our website, applications, or APIs. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
You must not use Buble to create, upload, transform, store, publish, or distribute content that violates this Policy. You are responsible for your prompts, source materials, generated outputs, and any subsequent use of those outputs.
This Policy applies to all content and activity processed through Buble, including:
Buble prohibits the following six categories of content. These restrictions apply whether the content is fully generated by AI, edited by AI, or supplied as an input for transformation.
You must not generate, upload, transform, or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually exploitative, or other NSFW content. This includes nudity intended for sexual gratification, explicit sexual acts, sexual abuse, non-consensual sexual content, and sexual exploitation.
You must not generate, upload, transform, or distribute graphic violence, gore, mutilation, dismemberment, torture, realistic depictions of severe injury or death, or content that glorifies, encourages, or facilitates extreme violence. Limited non-graphic depictions in legitimate educational, documentary, news, historical, or clearly fictional contexts may still be restricted when they create a material safety risk.
You must not create or distribute content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, discrimination, exclusion, harassment, or violence against a person or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, or another protected characteristic.
Buble has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, grooms, endangers, or facilitates harm to a minor. This prohibition includes fictional, illustrated, animated, photorealistic, edited, and AI-generated depictions. Apparent age, claimed consent, and artistic framing do not make such content permissible.
You must not create or distribute non-consensual or deceptive deepfakes, face swaps, voice clones, synthetic identities, or other content that impersonates a real person, organization, or public authority. Prohibited uses include fraud, harassment, reputational harm, non-consensual sexual content, fabricated endorsements, election deception, and attempts to mislead people about the source or authenticity of content.
You must not use Buble to unlawfully reproduce, imitate, transform, or distribute copyrighted works, protected characters, trademarks, logos, trade dress, or other intellectual property. You must have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents required for materials you upload and for the way you use generated outputs.
The following activity may result in immediate restriction or termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law:
You also must not:
Buble uses a layered moderation process that combines automated safeguards, safety controls supplied by underlying AI providers, usage records, and manual review of reports and safety signals.
Supported generation requests may be screened before dispatch using automated prompt safeguards designed to identify clearly prohibited sexual, exploitative, violent, or otherwise unsafe instructions. Underlying AI providers may separately apply their own safety systems to requests and generated outputs. Requests may be blocked before generation, and a provider may reject or stop a generation for safety reasons.
Automated safeguards have limitations and may produce false positives or fail to identify a violation. Their use does not transfer responsibility for content from the user to Buble.
Reports and other material safety signals are reviewed by authorized personnel. Review may include the information submitted by the reporter, relevant prompts or source materials, generated outputs associated with the report, generation and account records, prior enforcement history, and other evidence reasonably necessary to reach a decision.
We assess context, severity, intent, potential harm, applicable law, and whether the activity is repeated or coordinated. Critical child-safety issues, credible threats, and suspected criminal activity receive priority handling.
Following review, Buble may determine that content is permitted, requires additional context, violates this Policy, or must be escalated for further investigation. We may update our safeguards and enforcement practices as abuse patterns and legal requirements change.
Anyone may report content or activity that may violate this Policy by emailing support@buble.ai with the subject "Acceptable Use Policy Report."
Please include, when available:
Do not download, preserve, attach, or forward suspected CSAM or other illegal media. Instead, provide the relevant URL or task identifier and a concise description so it can be handled safely.
We handle reports as confidentially as reasonably possible, but information may be disclosed when necessary to investigate, enforce this Policy, protect users, comply with law, or respond to lawful requests. Reports are evaluated on the available evidence. Knowingly malicious or materially false reports may themselves result in restrictions.
Our reporting workflow is:
We prioritize critical reports involving child safety, credible threats, terrorism, or imminent harm. We do not promise a fixed response time because investigation requirements vary, but we aim to act without unreasonable delay.
Depending on the severity, context, and history of a violation, Buble may:
Critical child-safety violations, non-consensual sexual deepfakes, credible threats, and serious criminal activity may result in immediate termination without a prior warning.
If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, you may request an appeal by emailing support@buble.ai with the subject "AUP Enforcement Appeal." Include the relevant account or task identifier, the decision being appealed, and the reasons and evidence supporting reconsideration.
Where practicable, an appeal will be reviewed by a person who was not the sole decision-maker in the original review. An appeal does not suspend measures needed to protect users, preserve evidence, or comply with law.
We may update this Policy as our services, abuse risks, moderation capabilities, and legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Buble after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
