Refund Policy

At Buble, we strive to provide our users with the best experience possible. We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Eligible for Refund: Subscription Plans

  • Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase date.
  • Usage Limit: If you have consumed more than 20% of the total credits included in your subscription plan, you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time since purchase.
  • First-time subscribers will be given priority in refund processing.

1.2 Not Eligible for Refund

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances (unless otherwise required by applicable law):

  • Credit packs or add-on credits
  • Subscriptions that have exceeded the 7-day cooling-off period
  • Subscriptions where more than 20% of the included credits have been consumed
  • Subscriptions purchased through promotions, discount codes, or converted from free trials

2. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at support@buble.ai.
  2. Provide Details: Include your account email, order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Submit Within 7 Days: Ensure your request is submitted within 7 days of your purchase.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
  • The refund amount may be subject to a processing fee not exceeding 10% of the initial payment amount, covering payment gateway fees and administrative costs.
  • If you have used a portion of your credits (within the 20% eligibility limit), the refund amount will be reduced proportionally to reflect the credits already consumed.

4. Special Circumstances

4.1 Service Outages

If a platform-wide technical failure renders the Services completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may request a full refund or equivalent credit compensation, regardless of the time limit and usage restrictions stated above.

4.2 Duplicate Charges

If you are charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a system error, we will refund the duplicate amount in full without any processing fee.

If applicable laws in your jurisdiction mandate specific refund rights that exceed the terms of this policy, those legal requirements shall prevail.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note the difference between canceling a subscription and requesting a refund:
